小麦矮秆种质山农11069-5株高65 cm左右,综合农艺性状较好。本研究对山农11069-5的赤霉酸反应和矮秆性状的遗传特点进行了鉴定分析,并对其矮秆基因进行了分子标记定位。结果表明,山农11069-5的矮秆性状受一个不完全显性主效基因控制,在苗期外施赤霉酸反应不敏感;利用1980对SSR、EST-SSR引物对山农11069-5的矮秆基因进行了连锁标记分析,筛选出3个连锁标记KSUM062、Wmc89和Wmc48,它们与矮秆基因的遗传距离分别为1.1 c M、3.4 c M和4.3 c M,其中KSUM062是一个EST-SSR标记;将山农11069-5的矮秆基因定位在染色体4BS上。
The dwarf wheat germplasm Shannon 11069-5 was about 65 cm in height with good agronomic characters. In this study, the genetic characteristics of gibberellic acid and dwarf traits in Shannong 11069-5 were identified and their dwarf genes were molecularly mapped. The results showed that the dwarf trait of Shannon 11069-5 was controlled by an imperfect dominant major gene and was not sensitive to gibberellic acid reaction at the seedling stage. Using the SSR and 1980 EST-SSR primers, The results showed that KSUM062, Wmc89 and Wmc48 were identified by linkage map analysis. The genetic distances between them and dwarfing genes were 1.1 cM, 3.4 cM and 4.3 cM, respectively, of which KSUM062 was an EST- SSR marker. The dwarf gene of Shannon 11069-5 was mapped on chromosome 4BS.
