黄前水库始建于1958年,位于大汶河支流石汶河上,是一座以防洪为主,兼农业灌溉、城市供水、水利发电、水产养殖等综合利用的重点中型水库。控制流域面积292km2,总库容8 248万立方米,水库建成40多年来,对促进泰安市的工农业生产发挥了重要作用,经济效益十分显著。但由于建库时设计标准低,施工质量差,再加上长期以来维修加固资金不足,工程老化退化严重。若遇设计洪水,将直接威胁大坝及下游人民群众的生命财产安全。本资除险加固工程实施后,将使黄前水库达到防洪设计标准。为正确评价工程的经济合理性,根据部版《水利建设项目经济评价规范》(SL72-
Founded in 1958, Huangqian Reservoir is located on the Shiban River, a tributary of the Dawenhe River.
