2007年,国家环保总局将主动协调、狠抓落实,把强化政府责任作为实现污染减排目标的关键环节,建立层层落实的减排责任制,千方百计完成今年的减排任务。
In 2007, the State Environmental Protection Administration will take the initiative to coordinate and implement the plan. It will strengthen government responsibility as a key link in the goal of pollution reduction and establish a system of responsibility for emission reduction at every level so as to accomplish all the emission reduction tasks this year.
