随着旅游业的迅猛发展,旅游人才的需求也越来越大,高职旅游管理创新人才培养模式已成为各个院校共同面临的问题。本文分析了2+1人才培养模式下“课证结合”的内涵与特征,并以鹰潭职业技术学院为例对旅游管理专业“课证结合”的教学模式进行了分析和总结。
With the rapid development of tourism, the demand of tourism talent is also getting larger and larger. The training model of tourism management innovative talents in higher vocational education has become a common problem faced by all colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of “combination of subject and subject ” in 2 + 1 talent training mode, and analyzes and summarizes the teaching mode of tourism management major “subject combination ” with Yingtan Vocational and Technical College as an example.
