With China’s accession to the WTO and the 2008 Olympic Games held in Beijing, China, the people of the country have set off a wave of English learning. However, students’ cognitive ability is limited. How to motivate their learning motivation has become one of the most unavoidable issues for contemporary English teachers. “Innovation” is the eternal theme of the development and progress of human society. Teachers should use innovative ideas to motivate students’ motivation in English learning. They should respect the students’ autonomous status in the process of English innovation education.
