随着实习教学成为高等职业教育的重要内容,高等职业(以下简称高职)院校学生实习劳动伤害事故频频发生,如何维护实习高职学生的权益成了当前一个急需解决的问题,但我国目前并没有专门针对实习生权益保护的规定,在实习中受到伤害的高职学生难以得到及时、有效的救济,因此,我国应积极采取各项措施以实现对高职学生实习劳动伤害的救济。
As internship teaching has become an important content of higher vocational education, frequent injuries of internship labor injuries occur in higher vocational colleges (hereinafter referred to as vocational colleges), and how to safeguard the rights and interests of internship vocational students has become an urgent problem to be solved urgently. However, There is no specific regulation on the protection of rights and interests of trainees. It is difficult for higher vocational students harmed in internship to obtain timely and effective remedies. Therefore, our country should take various measures actively in order to realize the relief to the trainee labor injuries of higher vocational students.
