1998年11月底,东营市某办公大楼交付使用。1999年10月上旬,一工作人员捡掉在地上的毛巾时,偶然发现该处地板发热,经检查发热面积约为0.4m×0.4m,地板表面温度约50~60℃。在排除其他发热原因后,怀疑是漏电所致。经查图纸,发现从强电间去配电箱的那一路电源从发热房间经过,电路配线为BV5×25mm~2,穿DN50焊管暗敷于现浇楼板内。在此之前供配电设备工作正常。
