建立了立式储罐的地震损伤模型,利用耗能及变形计算的简化公式,计算了工程上常用的8种浮顶罐的损伤指数,给出了应用于立式储罐的损伤指数范围.在此基础上,提出了立式储罐基于损伤性能的抗震设计准则:对于小震不坏的结构,采用现行抗震规范的强度验算形式;对于大震不倒的结构,采用考虑损伤性能的验算形式.算例结果表明,基于损伤性能的立式储罐抗震设计方法能够更加合理地评价储罐的破坏程度.
The seismic damage model of vertical storage tank is established. The damage index of eight floating roof tanks commonly used in engineering is calculated by using the simplified formula of energy dissipation and deformation calculation. The damage index range of vertical storage tank is given. On this basis, the seismic design criterion of vertical storage tank based on damage performance is put forward. For the structure with small earthquake, the strength checking formula of the current seismic code is adopted. For the structure without large earthquake, the calculation of damage performance is adopted The results of numerical examples show that the seismic design method of vertical storage tank based on damage performance can evaluate the damage degree of storage tank more reasonably.
