今年1至8月,我省限额以上固定资产投资(计划总投资500万元以上的投资项目及全部房地产开发投资)完成2945.32亿元,比上年同期增长32.3%。其中限额以上投资项目完成2254.13亿元,房地产开发投资完成691.19亿元,分别比上年同期增长30.2%和39.4%,比上月回落2.3和0.1个百分点。在国家宏观调控政策连续效用下,我省投资增幅自年初开始呈现逐月回落以来,当前回落幅度逐步减小,
From January to August this year, investment in fixed assets above designated size in our province (investment projects with total planned investment of more than 5 million yuan and investment in real estate development) completed 294.532 billion yuan, an increase of 32.3% over the same period of last year. Among them, the investment projects above designated size reached 2.25413 trillion yuan and the real estate development investment reached 69.119 billion yuan, up 30.2% and 39.4% over the same period of last year respectively, down 2.3 and 0.1 percentage points from the previous month. Under the continuous effect of the national macro-control policies, the rate of increase in investment in our province has been decreasing month by month since the beginning of the year, and the current rate of decline has been gradually reduced.
