目的观察脑卒中后偏瘫痉挛患者应用智能运动系统康复训练的疗效。方法采用类实验性研究方法,将入选的68例患者根据病情分为治疗组35例和对照组33例。康复前按Barthel指数评分和Fegl-meyer评分法对两组患者进行ADL和运动功能的评价,两组均采用康复治疗,实验组另外进行智能运动系统康复训练进行治疗。1个月后对患者再次进行ADL和运动功能评价,并对两组间患者的功能进行观察比较。结果与对照组比较治疗组患者的运动功能提高得更显著,ADL有很大的改善,两组间经过统计学检验有显著差异。结论智能运动训练系统结合综合康复训练对脑卒中后偏瘫痉挛患者可减轻痉挛,使患者的肢体运动功能和ADL能力明显改善,运动协调性、对称性、灵活性均有所增加。
Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation training of patients with hemiplegia after stroke by using intelligent exercise system. Methods Using experimental study, 68 patients were divided into treatment group (35 cases) and control group (33 cases). Before rehabilitation, according to Barthel index score and Fegl-meyer score method, ADL and motor function were evaluated in both groups. Both groups were treated by rehabilitation therapy, and the experimental group were treated by intelligent exercise rehabilitation training. One month later, the patients were again evaluated for ADL and motor function, and the function of the patients was observed and compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the motor function of the treatment group increased more significantly, and the ADL improved greatly. There was significant difference between the two groups after statistical test. Conclusion The intelligent exercise training system combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training can reduce spasticity in patients with hemiplegia after stroke, and improve limb motor function and ADL ability. The coordination, symmetry and flexibility of the patients are also increased.
