乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)在糖类的有氧和无氧代谢中起着重要作用.由于该酶的同功酶(ISO—LDH)在组织和血清中的分布不同,已成为临床诊断酶学的重要指标之一。某些理化因素如毒物和/或磁场等均可引起其变化。有人报告在恒定磁场作用下可使组织的LDH活性升高。目前国内的研究多以恒定磁场或磁疗为主,对交变磁场的研究较少。本实验的目的是观察不同强度交变磁场作用下家兔血清LDH、ISO-LDH、血清谷-丙转氨酶(SGPT)和全血乙酰胆硷酯酶(AchE)的变化,为日后制订磁场作业环境的卫生学标准提供依据,井为早期健康监护筛选有用的指标。实验
