慕课在世界教育领域引起了巨大震动,在互联网经济的不断冲击下,社会对高校学生的英语能力提出了更高的要求,这就使高等院校的公共英语教学必须紧跟互联网时代的发展步伐,创新教学模式和教学方法,对于以培养英语能力的实际应用为导向的高校公共英语教学来说,最符合教学目标的选择就是互联网时代新式教学MOOC(慕课)。该文阐述了MOOC对我校英语教学方式、教学内容和考核方式等方面所发挥的积极促进作用。
Much has caused great shock in the field of education in the world. Under the constant impact of the Internet economy, the society places higher requirements on the English ability of college students, which makes the public English teaching in colleges and universities must closely follow the development of the Internet era Pace, innovative teaching mode and teaching method, the most suitable teaching target is the new teaching MOOC (Mucourse) in the internet age for college public English teaching oriented to the practical application of English ability cultivation. This essay expounds MOOC ’s active role in promoting English teaching methods, teaching content and assessment methods in our school.
