本文报道了延胡素愈伤组织和地下茎形成块茎的适宜条件:改良H培养基附加BA或BA+GA。诱导愈伤组织形成块茎,黑暗培养;地下茎段形成块茎,白天光照培养。
In this paper, the suitable conditions for the tuberous formation of the callus and the underground stem of the rhizoma corydalis were reported: modified BA supplemented with BA or BA + GA. Induction of callus to form tubers, dark culture; underground stems to form tubers, daylight training.
