针对现有的预应力CFRP布张拉设备存在的加固效率低、现场施工难度大等问题,结合CFRP布弹性模量大、抗剪强度低的特点,研发了新型张拉设备,该设备通过碳纤维布自锁装置,能够有效解决张拉时碳纤维布剪切破坏和张拉端锚固时预应力损失问题。通过理论计算确定了张拉设备各部件强度要求,合理地选择了各部件材料。对4根混凝土梁进行了张拉试验,结果表明该设备能够有效实现对CFRP布的预应力张拉,预应力CFRP布加固后的混凝土梁呈现CFRP断裂破坏形式,开裂荷载提高约1.6~2.15倍。
