思想政治工作是我们党的优良传统,是我们党克敌制胜、战胜困难的法宝。胡锦涛总书记强调:“在全面建设小康社会的伟大进程中,宣传思想工作任务很重。宣传思想战线的同志们一定要居安思危,增强忧患意识,在巩固的基础上提高,在深入创新中发展,用时代的要求来审视宣传思想工作,用发展的眼光来研究宣传思想工作,以改革的精神来推动宣传思想工作,努力使宣传思想工作更好地体现时代性,把握规律性,寓于创造性。”按照这个要求,我们必须在继承传统的基础上,认真研究新时期企业思想政治工作的特点,做到解放思想,与时俱进,创新工作思路,开创新的局面。
