用银球电极在麻醉、麻痹大鼠腰膨大处记录刺激腓神经引起的脊髓场电位(SFP),观察其在5-HT作用下的变化状况。结果表明,在本实验剂量下,腹腔注射左旋-5羟色胺酸(L-5HTP)后SFP未见显著改变;静脉注射L-5HTP后SFP的N、P波出现显苫升高或显著降低两种变化;局部施加5-HT后,N、P波只出现显著降低;A波在任何处理中均未见到显著改变。结果提示,5-HT可能主要通过抑制中间神经元的活动和以突触前及(或)突触后抑制作用影响N、P波的形成。
Spinal cord field potentials (SFPs) induced by the peroneal nerve were recorded by silver ball electrodes in the lumbar spine of anesthetized and paralyzed rats, and their changes under the action of 5-HT were observed. The results showed that there was no significant change of SFP after intraperitoneal injection of L-5HTP in this experimental dose; N, P wave of SFP appeared significantly increased or decreased significantly after intravenous injection of L-5HTP Change; N, P wave only appeared significant decrease after 5-HT was applied locally; A wave had no significant change in any treatment. The results suggest that 5-HT may affect the formation of N, P wave primarily through inhibiting the activity of interneurons and presynaptic and / or postsynaptic inhibition.
