对选自全国的23个马尾松(PinusmassonianaLamb.)种源,在七个测试点进行了生长性状的稳定性评定和试点效应分析。结果表明:测试点间和种源间均存在着显著差异,在结合种源稳定性分析中,参试的23个种源,可划分成四个类型:高产稳定型,只有P_6一个种源;高产非稳定型,包括八个种源;低产稳定型,包括十二个种源;低产不稳定型,包括P_1和P_22两个种源。又由于种源与地点交互作用达到极显著,所以同一种源在不同试验点表现也有明显差异,通过适宜性分析确定了各种源最适宜种植的场点。七个试点对种源判别能力分析表明,以L_5、L_6具有较强的判别优良基因型的能力。
For 23 provenances of Pinus massoniana Lamb selected from the whole country, the stability of growth traits and the pilot-effect analysis were evaluated at seven test sites. The results showed that there were significant differences between test sites and provenances. In the analysis of provenance stability, the 23 provenances were divided into four types: high-yield stable type, only one P-6 provenance, High-yielding and non-stable type, including eight provenances; Low-yielding and stable type, including twelve provenances; Low-yield unstable, including P_1 and P_22 two provenances. And because the interaction between provenances and sites reached extremely significant, so the same source in the performance of different test sites also have significant differences, through the suitability analysis to determine the most suitable for planting a variety of sources field. The analysis of provenance discrimination ability of the seven pilots showed that L_5 and L_6 have strong ability to distinguish good genotypes.
