各位英模同志们:全省第一次的英模大会现在开幕了,这个会议包括了工厂、矿山、农村、部队、机关、学校等各方面的英雄模范,会议已进行了好几天,介绍了英模们的模范事迹,交流了经验,对今后继续开展英模运动,有很大的意义。这次大会的目的,就是为了表扬英模,总结和交流经验,推广劳动运动,这个会议,对江西今后的生产及各种建设会起重大的作用。今天我只提出一点意见,供给大家参考。我们的英模运动的方向,应该是发扬集体的革命的英雄主义。英雄主义有两种,一种是旧社会的个人英雄主义,这是脱离群众的,甚至反对群
