考虑国内情况及北京内燃机总厂的生产条件,提出了生产发动机缸体缸盖等薄壁高强度灰铸铁件对孕育剂的要求.经试验后,认定稀土钙钡和低稀土是生产这些产品的高效长效孕育剂.应用正交试验,方差分析和系列对比试验,明确了RE、Ca和Ba的各自孕育作用和交互作用.研究表明,两种孕育剂具有同时提高铸件强度、硬度和减少白口倾向的作用;还有加入量少,抗衰退能力强,共晶团数恰当和在高碳当量铁水中仍有良好孕育们的特点.
