一九八五年八月五日查房主治医师:请实习医师甲报告病历。实习医师甲:奚××,27岁,已婚、汉族、农民。因停经70多天,不规则阴道流血半月,咳痰带血三天于八月四日入院。停经后食欲不振,无恶心、呕吐、偏食。半月前无何诱因出现少量阴道流血,色暗红,无血块,伴有轻微的腰酸痛。两天后阴道流血增多,超过月经期血量,血色较为新鲜,有小血块流出,未见有“烂肉样物”流出,无明显腹痛。当地卫生院诊断:先兆流产。保胎治疗,口服中药一周。此间阴道流血时多时少。三天前出现咳嗽,
