随着充填采矿法比重的日益增加,利用选厂全尾矿做充填料,不仅扩大了充填料的来源,改善矿山环境,保护田园,而且将省去尾矿坝的建造,对降低矿山生产成本具有重要的意义。为达到这一目的,我们对凡口铅锌矿全尾矿充填料进行了动电固结试验。结果证明,此法能有效加速充填料的脱水和固结硬化,提高了充填体的初始强度,对缩短充填法回采工序的循环时间有很大的作用。

In order to achieve this goal, we carried out the electrokinetic consolidation test on the tailings filling material of Fankou lead-zinc mine. The results show that this method can effectively accelerate the dehydration and consolidation hardening of the filling material and improve the initial strength of the filling body, which has a great effect on shortening the circulation time of the filling process.
