本文使用 80 .8神经类型量表对我国自由式滑雪空中技巧运动员男、女 1 5人进行了测试 ,结果表明 :其具有明显的项目特征 ,且不同水平、不同性别的运动员神经类型比较无差异。本文认为 ,在选拔自由式滑雪空中技巧运动员时应重视其神经类型 ,在安排训练时 ,应根据运动员的神经类型特点 ,采用不同的训练方法
In this paper, we use the 80 .8 nerve type scale to test the freestyle skiing aerials athletes in China, including 15 male and 15 female athletes. The results show that there are obvious characteristics of the athletes, and there is no difference in the neurological types between athletes of different levels and genders . This article argues that in the selection of freestyle skiing aerials athletes should pay attention to the type of nerve, when arranging training, should be based on the characteristics of the athlete’s nerve type, using different training methods
