以(3-甲基丙烯酰胺丙基)十二烷基二甲基氯化铵为改性单体,采用共聚方式合成了疏水阳离子改性聚乙烯醇施胶剂,分别用红外光谱、差示扫描量热仪、拉力仪和光学显微镜对合成的疏水阳离子改性PVA的结构、热性能、力学性能以及膜对油墨的吸收性能进行了表征和测定。结果表明,合成的疏水阳离子改性PVA具有良好的力学性能、结晶性能和油墨固着性能。将合成的疏水阳离子改性PVA用于彩色喷墨打印纸表面施胶,并测试了其彩喷打印性能,结果显示疏水阳离子改性PVA能明显增加图像色密度和抗水性,提高图片的打印效果。
Using (3-methacrylamidepropyl) dodecyldimethylammonium chloride as the modified monomer, a hydrophobic cationic modified polyvinyl alcohol sizing agent was synthesized by copolymerization. Scanning calorimeter, tension meter and optical microscope were used to characterize and determine the structure, thermal and mechanical properties of the synthesized hydrophobic cation-modified PVA and the absorption of the ink. The results show that the synthesized hydrophobic cation modified PVA has good mechanical properties, crystallization properties and ink fixing properties. The synthesized hydrophobic cation-modified PVA was used for surface sizing of color ink-jet printing paper and its color-jet printing performance was tested. The results showed that the hydrophobic cation-modified PVA can significantly increase the image color density and water resistance and improve the printing effect .
