灭幼脲类是七十年代合成的一种新农药,具有作用特殊、杀虫力较强,毒性很低等特点。昆虫幼虫食下后,体内几丁质合成受阻,不能正常地形成新表皮,幼虫不能蜕皮或蛹化而死亡。我们用江苏金坛昆虫激素研究所新合成的灭幼脲1、2、3号新农药,在粘虫发生期的6月中旬进行了药效试验。药液配制:称灭幼脲1、2、3号各1克,分别溶于100毫升丙酮中,不断摇动,待3—5分钟溶解后再加入20毫升吐温-80即成原液。然后分别加水配成10、25、50ppm的溶液。喷药后5天观察(见表)。从表中看出,灭幼脲1、2、3号均有效果,其中灭幼脲1号的药效最为显著,在
