用植物源病毒抑制物WCT- 直接处理烟草花叶病毒(TMV)病毒粒体,经枯斑半叶法接种和电镜检测发现,处理后的病毒致病力明显下降,病毒粒体大量发生断裂、略变弯曲等畸变现象,WCT- 对TMV的枯斑抑制率为86.6%;WCT- 处理烟草后,其叶片匀浆和胞间液的蛋白经SDS-PAGE不连续电泳发现,处理后的烟草叶片胞间在第5天至第9天和第7天分别存在1条酸溶性蛋白和1条碱溶性蛋白。上述研究结果表明,WCT- 不仅对TMV病毒粒体具有体外钝化作用,而且能诱导植物产生病程相关蛋白,提高烟草抵抗TMV侵染的能力。
Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) virus particles were directly treated with the plant-derived virus inhibitor WCT-CMV, and the pathogenicity of the treated virus was significantly decreased after virus-infected half-leaf seeding and electron microscopy. A large number of virus particles were broken, WCT-induced inhibition of the virulence of TMV was 86.6%. After WCT-treated tobacco, the proteins of the leaf homogenate and interstitial fluid were detected by SDS-PAGE, and the treated tobacco leaves There were 1 acid-soluble protein and 1 alkali-soluble protein in the intercellular space between day 5 and day 9 and day 7, respectively. The above results show that WCT- not only in vitro passivating the TMV virion, but also inducing plants to produce disease-related proteins and increasing the resistance of tobacco to TMV infection.
