患儿男,7岁。平素健康。1985年偶然做心电图发现在窦性心律不齐后出现左房心律。后经多次复查证实常在心律不齐的较慢阶段出现左房心律。而由于某些刺激如活动或别人呼唤触碰等使心律加快时,即刻转为窦性心律。心电图表现为呼吸性窦性心律不齐,心率随呼吸而逐渐变化,当心率减慢至66次/分以下时,则产生左房心律频率平均为79次/分;而心率加快时(93次/分),则表现为窦性心律,且在心率转换过程中毫无不适感觉。
