我院1988年10～12月自制止泻合剂保留灌肠治疗婴儿秋季腹泻40例,取得较好疗效,现介绍如下:止泻合剂制作及使用方法:654—2注射液500mg,氯丙嗪注射液500mg,消炎痛片25mg×100片,黄连素片0.1×200片,加生理盐水至1000ml,混匀,每次1ml/kg,每天两次保留灌肠,冷时制剂稍加温再用。疗效观察及讨论:80例婴儿腹泻随机分为治疗组和对照组;诊断符合“婴幼儿腹泻防治方案”标
