新课标即是在新的教育形势下对教育目标、课程计划等进行规范化的要求。所以在这种新的形势下,固有的教学模式必然要被淘汰,改革变新是教育发展的必然趋势。小学数学课程如何能够紧跟发展脚步,如何使教学内容更有效的被学生掌握,如何使学生的学习方法得到改善,使学生成为能够冷静应对考试和学习困难的人才是教师肩负的重任。
The new curriculum standard is the standardization of educational goals, curriculum plans and other requirements under the new educational situation. Therefore, in this new situation, the inherent teaching mode is bound to be eliminated, and reform and innovation are the inevitable trends in education. How to keep pace with the elementary mathematics curriculum, how to make the teaching content more effective by the students, how to improve the students ’learning methods and make the students become able to calmly deal with the exams and the learning difficulties are the teachers’ responsibility.
