2007年12月1日,科技部副部长曹健林出席第六届中小企业融资论坛时指出:创业板市场是建设多层次资本市场的重要一环,也是大量高成长性企业,尤其是高新技术企业的助推器。中国目前共有中小企业800多万家,中小企业数量已占全部工业企业的90%以上,中小企业的产值和利税已分别占整个工业的60%和40%,出口量占到50%。
