本文研究了不对称变色酸双偶氮类试剂中不同分折功能团、助色团及其不同取代位置对试剂与稀土元素显色反应性能的影响,设计和合成了数十个试剂,研制出了性能优良的铺组稀土显色剂——对乙酰基偶氮肿。对乙酰基偶氮胂具有: (1)灵敏度高,摩尔吸光系数ε_(670nm)=1.03-1.16×10~5(La—Nd). (2)选择性好,常见元素的允许量为:Ca~(2+)(0.5毫克),Ni~(2+)(14),Mg~(2+)(100),Mn~(2+)(16),Cr~(3+)(2),V~(5+)(2),Nb~(5+)(5),W~(6+)(1).加入掩蔽剂,选择性还可进一步提高。对乙酰基偶氮胂可在钇组稀土存在下,不经分离直接测定铺组稀土含量。对乙酰基偶氮胂可广泛应用于合金钢、矿石、土壤中铺组稀土的测定。
