甲状腺机能亢进(甲亢)引起的心房颤动(房颤)可为甲亢患者最明显或最早期的表现,因而常误为其它病因的心脏病。本文就此问题作一简短分析。一般资料:1959～1982年我院内科收治甲亢579例,引起房颤者31例占5.4%。其中男17例,女14例。年龄34～64岁(小于40岁3例,40～54岁17例,55岁以上11例),平均50.1岁。甲亢病史2月～10年(1年以内9例,1年以上22例),平均2.8年。31例
Hyperthyroidism (hyperthyroidism) caused by atrial fibrillation (atrial fibrillation) may be the most obvious or the earliest manifestations of hyperthyroidism, and therefore often mistaken for other causes of heart disease. This article makes a brief analysis of this issue. General Information: 1959 ~ 1982 579 cases of hyperthyroidism admitted to our hospital, causing 31 cases of atrial fibrillation accounted for 5.4%. There were 17 males and 14 females. Aged 34 to 64 years (less than 40 years in 3 cases, 40 to 54 years old in 17 cases, 55 cases over 11 cases), an average of 50.1 years old. Hyperthyroidism history from February to 10 years (1 year in 9 cases, more than 1 year in 22 cases), an average of 2.8 years. 31 cases
