针对板材渐进成形“分层加工”的特点,对渐进成形加工每层过程中局部成形力进行受力分析,并将其分解为水平方向的成形分力(横向力)与垂直方向的成形分力(纵向力)。根据加工每层进给时产生不同的应变量给予合理的假设和简化,建立了加工每层时纵向力的表达式。避免了以往渐进成形中成形力计算的笼统性以及不能与实际分层加工相对应的缺点,精确地建立了加工每层时纵向进给所需成形力模型。通过对比纵向力模型的数值计算与实验测得的纵向力数值,验证了所建立的纵向力模型能较准确地计算出分层加工时层与层之间进给所需的纵向力。
According to the characteristics of progressive forming and “stratification processing” of sheet metal, the force analysis of the local forming force during the process of progressive forming is carried out and the forming force (horizontal force) in the horizontal direction and the vertical forming Force (longitudinal force). The reasonable assumptions and simplifications are given according to the different amount of strain generated when each layer is processed. The expression of longitudinal force in processing each layer is established. This method avoids the generality of forming force calculation in progressive forming and the shortcomings that can not be dealt with in actual stratification processing. It accurately establishes the forming force model for longitudinal feeding when processing each layer. By comparing the numerical calculation of longitudinal force model with the experimentally measured longitudinal force value, it is verified that the established longitudinal force model can accurately calculate the longitudinal force required for the feed between layer and layer during the stratification process.
