军委江主席指出,我们必须乘国家加快经济和社会信息化发展之势,在加强机械化建设的同时,加快军队信息化建设。当前,我国经济发展和社会信息化进程突飞猛进,为我军完成“两化”建设跨越式发展提供了广阔的空间和难得机遇。机械化向信息化跨越式发展,实现军队现代化,必须有国家强大的经济基础做后盾,而军队强有力的后勤保障是关键,财务保障是各项建设的基础。本文就我军“两化”建设跨越式发展中如何改进财务保障工作,谈点粗浅的认识。
CMC Chairman Jiang pointed out: We must take the state’s acceleration of economic and social information development and speed up the construction of military informatization while strengthening mechanization. At present, the process of China’s economic development and social information advance by leaps and bounds, providing a vast space and a rare opportunity for our military to accomplish the leapfrog development in the construction of “two cultures”. To mechanize the leap-forward development of information technology and realize the modernization of the armed forces must be backed up by the country’s strong economic foundation. The military’s strong logistics support is the key. Financial security is the foundation for all construction. This article talks about the superficial understanding of how to improve financial security in the leaping development of our army and “two cultures”.
