[目的]分析小切口白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术后低视力的原因。[方法]根据中国低视力诊断标准,对393例(420眼)白内障患者,于术后3个月检查最佳矫正视力仍不足0.3的40例(45眼)进行低视力原因分析。[结果]术后低视力的主要原因为术前已存在的眼底病及全身病(34眼),另外,由手术并发症引起的11眼,其中,角膜水肿及角膜失代偿5眼,葡萄膜炎4眼,后发性白内障2眼。[结论]术前的认真检查,术中的细心操作,对低视力高危患者的术前详细谈话,可减少或避免医疗纠纷。
[Objective] To analyze the causes of low vision after small incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. [Methods] According to the diagnostic criteria of low vision in China, 393 eyes (420 eyes) of cataract patients were examined 40 cases (45 eyes) with best corrected visual acuity of less than 0.3 at 3 months after operation to analyze the cause of low vision. [Results] The main causes of postoperative low vision were pre-existing ocular fundus and systemic diseases (34 eyes). In addition, 11 eyes were caused by surgical complications, including corneal edema and corneal decompensation, 4 eyes with membranous inflammation, 2 eyes with posterior cataract. [Conclusions] Preoperative careful examination, intraoperative careful operation, preoperative low-vision high-risk patients in detail talk can reduce or avoid medical disputes.
