锦橙和椪柑是目前国内外公认的优良柑桔品种,但果实内含籽较多(锦橙平均为6.5粒,椪柑4—5粒,多至20粒)。为了克服这一缺陷,1977年我们以锦橙(系秭归县在锦橙26中选出的优系)、椪柑(福建的椪芦品系)的幼生实生苗为材料,采用秋水仙素处理,经10年培育,已获得四倍体植株4株(锦橙1—1、锦橙1—4、椪柑20、椪柑24)。若以锦橙、椪柑四倍体植株与其二倍体杂交,可望获得无籽三倍体的锦橙、椪柑新品种。现将我们获得四倍体的研究结果报道如下。
Jincheng and Citrus grandis are the fine citrus varieties recognized at home and abroad, but contain more seeds in their fruits (average of Jincheng orange is 6.5, citrus 4-5, up to 20). In order to overcome this shortcoming, in 1977, we used the young seedlings of Jincheng Orange (the best strain selected by the Zigui County in Jincheng 26) Ten years of cultivation, tetraploid plants have been obtained 4 (Jincheng 1-1, Jincheng 1-4, Citrus 20, Citrus 24). If the Jincheng, Citrus ploidy tetraploid plants and their diploid hybrids, seedless triploid of Kam orange, Kombu new varieties expected. We now report the results of the tetraploid reported below.
