刘良臣,1942年7月16日出生于四川省广安县(现在的广安市),高级工程师,男,汉族,中共党员,大学本科学历。1966年毕业于北京农业机械化学院拖拉机设计专业。原任广西柳工集团有限公司技术发展委员会主任;柳州市专业技术拔尖人才评审专家;中国工程机械质量监督检验中心评审专家;中国工程机械工业协会科学技术奖评审专家。现任广西柳工机械股份有限公司特聘专家。
