近日,在人保财险山东淄博市分公司,笔者目睹了一份“领导干部引咎辞职办法”,读后让人耳目一新。该办法把辞职原因划分为因公辞职、自愿辞职和引咎辞职、责令辞职四种类型。其中把领导干部因工作失误、失职造成的较大损失或因其造成的不良社会影响,对属重大责任事故负有重要领导责任,任期内未完成岗位目标等综合因素纳入引咎辞职的范畴。
