目的 :观察米槁心乐滴丸对实验性心肌缺血的保护作用。方法 :用结扎猫冠状动脉形成实验性急性心肌缺血模型 ,观察十二指肠给药后心外膜电极标测的心肌缺血程度及心肌缺血范围 ,硝基四氮唑篮染色显示梗塞区面积影响。结果 :米槁心乐滴丸具有明显减轻心肌缺血程度及缺血范围 ,减少梗塞区面积。结论 :米槁心乐滴丸对实验性心肌缺血有保护作用。
Objective : To observe the protective effect of Miqi Xinle Drop Pill on experimental myocardial ischemia. METHODS: Experimental acute myocardial ischemia model was established by ligation of feline coronary arteries. The degree of myocardial ischemia and myocardial ischemic region were observed after the duodenal administration. The staining of nitrotetrazolium basket showed the infarction. Area effect. Results : Mifu Xinle Drop Pills can significantly reduce the degree of myocardial ischemia and the range of ischemia and reduce the area of infarct area. Conclusion : Mifu Xinle Drop Pill has a protective effect on experimental myocardial ischemia.
