The development of the third generation of anti-tank missiles in foreign countries and the development of optical fiber-guided missiles in Europe and the United States are summarized. Some techniques and research on optical fiber guidance are also described. Optical fiber guidance is the feasible way for the development of the third generation anti-tank missiles .
