薛己,字新甫,号立斋,又名薛铠子,世医出身,为明代有影响的一位医家。其学识渊博,寝馈于《内经》、《难经》等典籍,旁及金元诸家之学,尤重东垣、丹溪,受王冰、钱乙影响较大,撷取所长,熔冶古今于一炉。所著《正体类要》两卷,是薛氏骨伤科思想的代表作,也是我国第一部内伤专著。上卷论正体主治大法及仆伤、坠跌金伤等治验医案,下卷附诸伤方药。立论精辟,别具一格,多发前人之未发,对后世骨伤科学推动极大,为骨伤科诸家所推崇。
Xue Ji, the word of Xin Yi, No. Lizhai, also known as Xue Xunzi, was a doctor of the Ming Dynasty. His knowledge is very rich. He has been acquainted with the classics of the Internal Classic and the Difficult Book of Classics. He is also close to the scholars of the Jin and Yuan dynasties. He especially weighs heavily in the Eastern Han and Danxi Rivers. He is greatly influenced by Wang Bing and Qian B, and learns his skills from the past. Smelt ancient and modern in an oven. The two volumes of the book, “Shame”, are the representative works of Xue’s orthopaedics and are the first monographs on internal injuries in China. The volume is based on the official treatment of Dafa and servant wounds, falls and gold injuries and other governing medical cases, and is accompanied by wound prescriptions. The reasoning is incisive and unique, and many predecessors have not made any progress. They have greatly promoted the science of orthopedic trauma in later life and are highly praised by the families of orthopedics and traumatology.
