显脉旋复花(Inula nervosa Wall)有祛风除湿、活络止痛之功效,民间用于治疗风湿疼痛、腰腿酸软等症①。本品的药理研究未见文献报道。材料显脉旋复花全草,水提浓缩成比重为1.25g/ml的浸膏(简称IN),每100g生药得浸膏35g,由本所药化室提供,置4℃冰箱中备用,实验时用生理盐水配成所需浓度。从IN中分离得到反丁烯二酸、齐墩果酸和碱性成份,分别制成水溶液或混悬液备用;阿斯匹林为湖南制药厂提供的原粉料;杜冷丁、右旋糖酐等均为市售药品;弗
