气候变化严重影响植物生长,给维持稳定的农业生态系统带来了巨大的挑战。选育不仅具有高产、高稳定性,还具有高投入产出比、潜在环境友好型等综合优良性状的新品种,需要制定复杂完整的农业育种计划。本研究综述了面对日益加剧的环境压力,作物育种工作要关注如何提高作物新品种的投入产出比、增强其对生物与非生物胁迫的耐受性,并着重介绍了基因工程在环境压迫下的新型作物育种中的研究进展。通过植物生理学、数量遗传学、正反遗传学等跨学科协作,基因工程与传统作物育种相结合,有利于加快培育具有较强适应性的作物品种的进程。
Climate change has a serious impact on plant growth, posing a huge challenge to maintaining a stable agricultural ecosystem. Breeding new varieties that not only have high yield and high stability, but also have high input-output ratio and potentially environment-friendly comprehensive superior traits requires the development of a complex and complete agricultural breeding program. In this paper, the author reviews the increasing pressure on the environment, crop breeding should pay attention to how to improve the input-output ratio of new crop varieties and enhance their tolerance to biotic and abiotic stresses, and emphasizes the introduction of genetic engineering in environmental stress Under the new crop breeding research progress. Through the interdisciplinary collaboration of plant physiology, quantitative genetics, and antisense genetics, genetic engineering and traditional crop breeding are conducive to accelerating the process of cultivating more adaptive crop varieties.
