目的明确建设项目产生的职业病危害因素,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,为卫生行政部门对建设项目职业病防护设施的竣工验收提供科学依据。方法采用职业卫生学现场调查、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康监护调查、检查表法。结果该建设项目选址与总体布置、生产设备布局、职业病防护设施、个人使用的防护用品、应急救援情况、职业卫生管理、辅助用室等符合国家有关法规,该工程生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素(化学因素:粉尘、一氧化碳、一氧化氮、二氧化氮;物理因素:高温、噪声;电离辐射:X射线)检测结果均符合国家职业卫生标准。结论该工程生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素得到了有效控制,其职业病危害防护措施是可行的。
Objective To clarify the hazard factors of occupational diseases caused by construction projects, evaluate the protective measures against occupational hazards and their effects, and provide the scientific basis for the completion and acceptance of occupational disease prevention facilities of the construction projects by the health administrative departments. Methods Occupational hygiene field survey, occupational disease risk factor testing, occupational health monitoring survey, checklist method. Results The site selection and overall layout of the construction project, the layout of production equipment, occupational disease protection facilities, personal protective equipment used, emergency rescue situations, occupational health management, auxiliary rooms, etc., were in compliance with relevant state laws and regulations. Occupational hazards Factors (chemical factors: dust, carbon monoxide, nitric oxide, nitrogen dioxide; physical factors: high temperature, noise; ionizing radiation: X-ray) test results are in line with the national occupational health standards. Conclusion The hazard factors of occupational diseases produced in the process of production are effectively controlled, and the protective measures of occupational hazards are feasible.
