对施行全膀胱切除,尿流改道146例进行了长期随访,并对88例直肠膀胱乙状结肠腹壁造口术与42例回肠膀胱的优缺点、并发症,尤其是对高氯性酸中毒进行了对比讨论。认为提高外科吻合技术对防止并发症是至关重要的。在工作和生活上,直肠膀胱较回肠膀胱优越。
A total of 146 patients undergoing total cystectomy and urinary diversion were followed up for a long term. The advantages and disadvantages of 88 cases of rectocele sigmoid colon ostomy and 42 cases of ileal bladder were analyzed. Complications, especially high chloride acidosis, were compared discuss. It is considered crucial to improve surgical anastomosis to prevent complications. At work and life, the rectum bladder is superior to the ileal bladder.
