In the early days of the founding of New China, the construction of China’s national defense science and technology was at the top of the national development and construction. The state has invested a large amount of resources in the construction of national defense science and technology industries, reflecting the strategic status of national defense as a priority in its national development. From the initial stage of reform and opening up to the end of the 20th century, the national defense science and technology industry was required to adapt to the strategic deployment of development centered on economic construction and to develop the market economy as a major strategic adjustment for the construction of China’s national defense science and technology industry.
