传统产业高端化发展在我国主要指将新技术成果应用于资本密集型产业和劳动密集型产业的现象。随着新技术不断涌现以及国际国内市场供需形势的变化,加强传统产业技术改造促进其高端化发展十分重要。推进传统产业技术改造促进其高端化发展中,必须注重解决五个问题,遵循四项基本原则,建立健全政府的扶持政策,构建必要的人才支撑体系。
The high-end development of traditional industries in our country mainly refers to the phenomenon of applying new technological achievements to capital-intensive industries and labor-intensive industries. With the continuous emergence of new technologies and changes in the supply and demand situation in the international and domestic markets, it is very important to strengthen the technological transformation of traditional industries and promote their high-end development. In promoting the technological transformation of traditional industries and promoting their high-end development, we must pay attention to solving five problems, follow four basic principles, establish and improve the government’s supportive policies and establish the necessary system of personnel support.
