目的 :观察加压素样神经纤维 (VP -IR)在树鼠句、大鼠、豚鼠正中隆起的分布并探讨VP -IR在正中隆起分布的种属差异及其意义 .方法 :应用免疫组织化学技术PAP法观察树鼠句、大鼠、豚鼠正中隆起加压素样神经纤维 (VP -IR)的分布 .结果 :3种动物正中隆起的内带均有VP -IR纤维的分布并有种属差异性 ;VP -IR样神经纤维除在内带有分布以外 ,在外带也有分布 .结论 :加压素在垂体门脉血流中具有重要意义
OBJECTIVE: To observe the distribution of VP-IR in the middle of tree troglodytes, rats and guinea pigs and to explore the differences in the distribution of VP -IR in the middle uplift and its significance.Methods: Immunohistochemistry The distribution of VP-IR fibers in the middle part of tree troglodytes, rats and guinea pigs was observed by PAP method.Results: The distribution of VP-IR fibers in the middle of the three kinds of animals and their distribution VP-IR-like nerve fibers were distributed in the outer zone except within the distribution.Conclusion: Vasopressin is important in the pituitary portal blood flow
