老年性痴呆(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是老年性神经系统退行性疾病。纯中药制剂“益智合剂”经长期临床应用表明, 对AD有较好的疗效。我们已经报道了它对D-半乳糖加速衰老模型大鼠学习记忆能力有改善作用,能降低乙酰胆碱酯酶,增加超氧化物岐化酶、一氧化氮含量及Na+-K+-ATP酶活力。本研究对脑海马区切片脂褐素和细胞凋亡进行了检测,探讨益智合剂的抗衰老作用机制。
Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a degenerative neurological disease. The long-term clinical application of pure Chinese medicine “Xiangyi Mixture” shows that it has a good effect on AD. We have reported that it can improve the learning and memory of D-galactose-induced aging rats, reduce acetylcholinesterase, increase superoxide dismutase, nitric oxide and Na+-K+-ATPase activity. In this study, lipofuscin and apoptosis in the hippocampal slices were examined to investigate the anti-aging mechanism of Yizhi Mixture.
