白血病性浆膜腔积液在国内外文献中均有报道。但到目前为止,国内对急性单核细胞白血病(以下简称急单)性胸腔积液尚未有专题报告。为此,现将我院所见一例急单胸腔积液报道于下,供同道们参考。 病史:崔×× 男性 7岁 住院号31489 安徽蒙城县人 突然畏寒、发热达39℃,伴面黄,周身大关节疼痛,消瘦,咳嗽和气喘半月余。因高热,咳喘加重,烦燥不安三天于77年9月2日住院。曾在当地医院诊断为“肺炎”。医治无效。

History: Cui × × male 7-year-old hospital number 31489 Mengcheng County, Anhui Province, a sudden chills, fever 39 ℃, with the face yellow, the whole body joints pain, weight loss, cough and asthma more than half a month. Due to high fever, cough increased, restless three days in September 2, 1977 hospitalization. Had a local hospital diagnosed as “pneumonia.” Healing is invalid.
