我们为了对不同类型的病毒性肝炎的有效疗法,及对乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)血症转阴药物的探索,自1976年初开始与科学院生物物理研究所及遗传研究所两单位协作,使用该两个研究单位的聚I∶C产品,对不同类型病毒性肝炎分成四组进行治疗,疗程满3个月以上者共68例,现将其疗效总结如下: 一、病例选择:经体检及肝功化验检查和乙型肝炎表面(HBsAg)抗原检查,证实为乙型迁肝和慢肝,
